This Policy is effective starting July 1st, 2004. This Policy is compliant with the California Online Privacy Protection Act of 2003 ("OPPA").
Use of Information
We respect your privacy. All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned!

We request information from you for our own legitimate business purposes and not for the benefit of any nonaffiliated party. Therefore, we will not release your information to nonaffiliated parties except: (1) as necessary for us to provide the product or service you have requested of us; or (2) as permitted by law. Such information may be used for any internal purpose, such as quality control efforts or customer analysis.
Personally Identifiable Information we collect
We collect the basic information required to accurately process and complete your online requests: This information is your first and last name, email, and wherever applicable, phone number, shipping and billing address, credit card number and related security codes. If you opt to register on our website as a member, you can optionally provide your profile information in addition to the above, such as, company name, website address, and other means by which we or our visitors can contact you. This information is NOT shared with any outside marketing or third party vendors. Your email address is only used for communication between our company and you to answer any questions we may have, to notify you of request-related status information, and to notify you of important updates about our services. We do not use your phone number to contact you unless requested by you, or for request-related time-sensitive situations. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded; it is used to improve the content of our Web page; it may be used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual consumer; we may use it for marketing purposes to contact consumers that have opted to receive such information. The information we collect is securely stored electronically, only accessible by password and locked behind secure systems.
Changes to Personally Identifiable Information
For every change we make to your personal information, we will inform you of the change using the email address you have provided. If you are a registered member on our website, you can change your personal information at any time by using the "Modify Profile" link where available. If you are not a registered member and wish to modify your information, you can email us your change request to user.cephas@cephas.cc, and we will change your information accordingly and notify you by email to confirm the change.
Former Customers
Even if you are no longer our customer, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.

We will use our best efforts to ensure that no unauthorized parties have access to any of your information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those individuals and entities who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We will use our best efforts to train and oversee our employees and agents to ensure that your information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We currently maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Business Transfers
In the event that Cephas Consulting Corp., or substantially all of its assets are acquired, its customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets, but remains subject to the promises made in this and any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise).
