Business Process Modeling with BPMN 1.1

2 Day Course
for organizations seeking to harness a formal notation for specifying their
business processes using the Enterprise Architect modeling tool

Course Overview

The Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) course teaches participants how to leverage this standard graphical language for specifying (business) process models. A formal BPMN process model mitigates the ambiguity often associated with narrative specifications, and provides the source from which, optionally, executable BPEL specifications can be generated.
Enterprise Architect supports version 1.1. of the BPMN specification. For additional information on BPMN, please vsit the official OMG website.
